Mark Wilson

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Wilson brings thirty years of experience as a financial executive across sectors. He most recently collaborated in the formation of China Ceramics Co., Ltd. through the combination of a China-based ceramic tile manufacturer with a special purpose acquisition company (“SPAC”). Prior to guiding that transaction to completion, Mr. Wilson was chief financial officer of Towers Perrin, a global professional services firm, which recently merged with Watson Wyatt to become Towers Watson.

Additional relevant executive experience comes from commensurate positions at The Thomson Corporation and MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings, a diversified holding company. He holds B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from Cornell University and is a C.P.A.
